Therapy = tears and pain right?
No.
The lie about "not being sick enough".
Meet Courtney
Doing therapy is my passion in life. When I am not riding my motorcycle, enjoying the great outdoors, or spending time with friends and family, I am studying new and dynamic ways to help my clients reach their goals. I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and have been working to help people improve their lives since 2011. Prior to becoming a therapist I was working with children in elementary schools, as well as worked as a law enforcement dispatcher. I come from a family of veterans, and am the proud wife of a veteran. I firmly believe that life is all about finding balance. We all fall out of balance sometimes. It's part of growing.
Why therapy is important
Sometimes in life we get stuck. It happens to all of us. Problems seem insurmountable, stress becomes overwhelming, and the end of suffering seems nowhere in sight... helping you through these difficult times is what I'm here to do! You need tools and its time to try something new. I can help!

The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.

The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
- Carl Rogers
The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any.
